These Monthly Drop Club Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the NCC Monthly Drop Club, operated by NovelTee Clothing Co. (“NCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in, purchasing, or maintaining a Monthly Drop Club subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The Monthly Drop Club provides recurring shipments of graphic apparel selected from across the NCU — NovelTee Clothing Universe.

1. About the Monthly Drop Club

The Monthly Drop Club is a recurring t-shirt subscription offered by NCC.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, each active subscription includes:

• One graphic t-shirt per monthly subscription cycle
• A shirt size selected by the subscriber
• A design selected by NCC
• Access to Monthly Drop Club releases that may include new designs, existing designs, early releases, subscriber-only variations, limited releases, or other selections from across the NCU

Subscribers do not select the specific monthly design.

The surprise nature of the Monthly Drop Club is a core part of the subscription.

2. Monthly Shirt Selection

Each Monthly Drop Club shirt is intentionally selected by NCC.

Monthly selections may vary significantly in:

• Theme
• Artwork
• Subject matter
• Color
• Style
• Brand or collection
• Aesthetic
• Design approach

A monthly shirt may come from any applicable area of the NCU.

NCC does not guarantee that every subscriber will personally prefer every design.

Personal preference regarding the artwork, theme, color, or concept is not considered a product defect.

3. Printed on Demand

Monthly Drop Club shirts are not intended to function as clearance merchandise or a method of disposing of unsold inventory.

NCC primarily produces apparel on demand.

As a result, Monthly Drop Club selections are not simply pulled from a warehouse of leftover shirts that failed to sell.

Each Monthly Drop is intentionally selected for the program and printed or fulfilled for the applicable subscription cycle.

A featured design may still be an existing NCC design, but its inclusion in the Monthly Drop Club is a deliberate selection rather than an inventory-clearance decision.

4. Recurring Billing

The Monthly Drop Club is a recurring subscription.

By enrolling, you authorize NCC and its payment-processing providers to charge your selected payment method automatically for each applicable subscription cycle until the subscription is canceled.

The subscription price, billing frequency, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges will be disclosed at or before checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Billing occurs approximately once per month.
• The subscription renews automatically.
• Each successful recurring payment corresponds to the applicable Monthly Drop Club cycle.
• Taxes and shipping charges, if applicable, may be added to the subscription price.

5. Automatic Renewal

Your Monthly Drop Club subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the next applicable renewal charge.

By subscribing, you expressly authorize recurring charges to the payment method associated with your subscription.

The subscription continues until canceled.

There is no fixed-term commitment unless a specific promotional offer expressly states otherwise.

6. Price Changes

NCC may change the price of the Monthly Drop Club from time to time.

If a price change applies to an existing recurring subscription, NCC will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price becomes effective.

Continued use of the subscription after a properly disclosed price change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly Drop Club subscription using the subscription-management options made available by NCC.

To prevent the next scheduled recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before that charge is processed.

Cancellation generally applies to future subscription cycles and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Where required by applicable law, NCC will provide a cancellation method that is reasonably accessible and appropriate to the method used to enroll.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

8. Subscription Management

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate information associated with their subscription, including:

• Shirt size
• Shipping address
• Billing information
• Payment method
• Contact information

Changes should be submitted before the applicable monthly order enters fulfillment.

NCC cannot guarantee that changes submitted after processing has begun will apply to that shipment.

9. Shirt Sizes

Subscribers select their preferred shirt size when enrolling.

The selected size will generally be used for future Monthly Drops until changed by the subscriber.

Sizing may vary slightly depending on garment manufacturer, cut, material, or product availability.

NCC may substitute a comparable garment when necessary for fulfillment.

10. Garment and Color Variations

Because Monthly Drop Club shirts may feature different designs and apparel blanks, the exact garment brand, fabric composition, fit, or shirt color may vary between monthly cycles.

NCC will make reasonable efforts to provide garments consistent with the quality and sizing expectations of the program.

Minor variations in print placement, color reproduction, garment shade, or manufacturing characteristics may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

11. No Duplicate Featured Monthly Drops

NCC intends not to intentionally send the same designated Monthly Drop Club design to the same subscriber as the featured monthly selection in two separate subscription cycles.

This does not prohibit future Monthly Drops from containing:

• Alternate versions
• Different colorways
• Related graphics
• Revised artwork
• Variations of an existing design
• Designs within the same collection or theme

12. Subscriber Exclusives and Early Releases

Some Monthly Drop Club shirts may be:

• Subscriber-exclusive designs
• Early releases
• Limited variations
• Alternate colorways
• Pre-release designs
• Special Monthly Drop editions

However, unless a design is expressly identified as permanently exclusive, NCC does not guarantee that a Monthly Drop Club design will never become available through another NCC sales channel.

13. The Wild Card

From time to time, NCC may include an unexpected enhancement or bonus as part of a Monthly Drop.

A Wild Card may include, for example:

• A limited variation
• An unreleased design
• A special print
• A bonus item
• An accessory
• A promotional insert
• Another unexpected addition selected by NCC

Wild Cards are optional promotional extras and are not guaranteed with every shipment or subscription cycle.

Unless expressly advertised as part of a paid offer, a Wild Card has no separate guaranteed monetary value and is not part of the base subscription entitlement.

14. Occasional Extras

NCC may occasionally include complimentary items such as:

• Stickers
• Inserts
• Promotional materials
• Samples
• Accessories
• Bonus merchandise

These items are discretionary and are not guaranteed.

Failure to receive a complimentary extra does not constitute incomplete fulfillment of the Monthly Drop Club subscription.

15. Shipping

Monthly Drop Club orders will be shipped to the address associated with the subscriber's account or subscription at the time the order enters fulfillment.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and current.

NCC is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

• Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Customs processing
• Events outside NCC's reasonable control

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. International Orders

If international subscriptions are offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless NCC expressly states that such charges are included.

International availability may vary by country or region.

17. Exchanges

Because the Monthly Drop Club is intentionally based on receiving a surprise design, shirts are generally not exchangeable solely because a subscriber does not like the selected artwork, theme, style, or color.

Qualifying exchange or replacement requests may include:

• Incorrect size sent by NCC
• Incorrect item shipped
• Manufacturing defect
• Printing defect
• Item damaged before delivery

Requests may be subject to NCC's standard return, exchange, and replacement procedures.

18. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If NCC sends the wrong item, wrong size, or a product with a qualifying manufacturing or printing defect, the subscriber should contact NCC within the timeframe stated in NCC's applicable return or customer-service policy.

NCC may request photographs or other reasonable documentation before issuing a replacement or other remedy.

Available remedies may include replacement, refund, account credit, or another resolution consistent with applicable law.

19. Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages may depend on carrier records, shipping method, insurance coverage, and applicable law.

Subscribers should contact NCC promptly if tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located.

NCC may require the subscriber to cooperate with carrier investigations or claims.

20. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, NCC may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method associated with the subscription where permitted.

NCC may suspend or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be successfully collected.

A shipment may be delayed or withheld until payment is successfully processed.

21. Fraud and Abuse

NCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Monthly Drop Club subscription where reasonably necessary to address:

• Payment fraud
• Chargeback abuse
• Account misuse
• False information
• Unauthorized account activity
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Attempts to manipulate subscription benefits

Any such action remains subject to applicable law.

22. Changes to the Monthly Drop Club

NCC may modify the Monthly Drop Club from time to time, including changes to:

• Included benefits
• Fulfillment timing
• Product format
• Garment options
• Subscriber perks
• Program features

Material changes affecting recurring billing, pricing, or other legally protected consumer rights will be disclosed as required by applicable law.

23. Suspension or Discontinuation

NCC may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Monthly Drop Club in the future.

If the program is discontinued, NCC will stop future recurring billing and address any prepaid but unfulfilled subscription obligations as required by applicable law.

24. Intellectual Property

All Monthly Drop Club artwork, graphics, branding, logos, product names, photographs, website content, and related creative materials are owned by NCC or used under applicable license unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a Monthly Drop Club shirt does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork or design.

Subscribers may use purchased apparel for ordinary personal use.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NCC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Monthly Drop Club.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

26. Force Majeure

NCC will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Labor disruptions
• Carrier interruptions
• Supply shortages
• Government actions
• Internet or infrastructure failures
• Other similar events beyond NCC's reasonable control

27. Changes to These Terms

NCC may update these Terms periodically.

The current version will be posted on the NCC website and will display the applicable “Last Updated” date.

Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated where required by applicable law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute-resolution provisions should be read together with NCC's general Terms of Service.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

• NCC's general Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• Return or Refund Policy
• Shipping Policy
• Any subscription-specific disclosures shown at checkout

constitute the applicable agreement governing participation in the Monthly Drop Club.

If a conflict exists between these Terms and a promotion-specific written offer, the more specific terms will control for that offer unless prohibited by law.
